At first, I thought Eric was taking a big chance on this 1997 Archer… until I saw it! Havens Aero was asked to deliver this airplane nearly 400 miles for its pre-buy inspection. All things considered, that’s a gamble for both the seller and buyer!
Part of my trip was to go through the entire airplane to test systems, nitpick every detail and squawk what I could for the shop in Leesburg. After testing EVERYTHING and 5 pages of notes later, the only things I could write up were very minor cosmetic items that should be a lot worse for a 24 year old plane.
